Our client is a leading global tech giant and they are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to lead the initiatives and development of their China digital infrastructure, with a core focus on RTW (Website) and WeChat platforms. The scope will involve developing the channels user experience strategy, driving execution in end-to-end marketing and advertising with focus on web and digital marketing, tracking, reporting and analyzing results.
Job Responsibilities
• Web Strategy - Evaluate current website, re-define and develop a strong Web experience to power business strategy and service
• SEO Strategy - Partner with agency to develop and optimize web presence on search engines
• WeChat Platform Strategy - Define and develop the strong WeChat strategy to power business strategy and service. drive better user experience and optimise the performance of all WeChat contents
• Create and execute all end-to-end WeChat digital media activities supporting China programmes
• Day to Day management and development of editorial content on website, social media and blog pages
• Setting up best practise of Web, social media (WeChat) and digital marketing, and provide strong recommendations on channel optimization
• Lead all conversations for Website and WeChat enhancements and activities, own and manage the budget and process for all WeChat related development works (including vendor selection & management)
• Manage all internal and XFNs communications with stakeholders to ensure project(s) are running smoothly
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5+ years of solid digital and website management experience & fluency in technical opportunities & requirements
• Strong command in Mandarin & English communication is a MUST
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization across China market will be essential.
• Experience working in the China digital marketing space. B2B marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in developing and managing WeChat surfaces
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage communications with various stakeholders (internal and external).
